I did not create
these forms, I acquired them from other sites. The only one that comes
to mind right now is Ancestry Corner, which is no longer on the 'net as
far as I can tell. I used to have it bookmarked, but the link is no
longer available. I do have other forms, so if there's something
that you need, I might have it. So just drop me a line & I'll
check to see if I do have it. If I don't, I'll try to look it up for you
& get it on here for you.
Please keep in mind that I'm the only
person that is maintaining this site. I run my own business, take care
of a family and doing my own research as well. If you need me to look up
a form, I can drop what I'm doing on my research, but not in my business
